I started into that one a few weeks ago and now watch an episode or two a night. The first season was mostly 'meh' with interspersed guffaws, but the late 2nd and most of the 3rd seasons are literally some the funniest sketch comedies I have seen in decades.

      Thanks for the reccomendation.

Also, several of their sketches originated on their BBC radio show a few years back. You can find them on iTunes I think. I had them all on my iPod and almost fell off my bike laughing a few times. Check out Peep Show too.
Kids in general these days seem more socially retarded...

None of them date. They hang out. They text. They sit in the same car or room and don't say a word...they text. Then, they go home and whack off to internet porn.

I think that's the sad truth about why these kids are retards.

Did I mention this? You can watch all of Dead Like Me on Netflix.

I just found out that Netflix has an extensive collection of MST3K including such gems as The Girl in Gold Boots, though Space Mutiny is not available and Giant Spider Invasion is only on DVD, which we just dropped.
I have nothing else to say at this time.

Heard on the radio last night that the original cast (robots adn all) of MST3K was in Reno last night showing a movie and commenting. Had I know I would have made the trip up there.

                  Found it!
We need to revive this thread. I'm always looking for ideas of stuff to watch on Netflix. Especially good movies. Documentaries and tv series are easy to find, but good, interesting movies are trickier.
At least the Big Ten went after a big-time addition in Nebraska; the Pac-10 wanted a game so badly, it added Utah

Boogie Man: The Lee Atwater Story. Loved it. I knew the name but didn't really know anything about him. I thought it was fair and very entertaining.

Has "The IT Crowd" been discussed here? Quite possibly the funniest sitcom I have ever seen.. Literal LOL stuff.

I watched the entire season while grading finals last spring. I loved it.

Yeah I mentioned it back in September. I am disappointed that they have decided not to make any more and have scrapped season 5.

Just added this to the queue. My recent favorite has been Peep Show--I'm still in the first season, but if it holds up, it may beat out Arrested Development on my list.

Season 1 of Downton Abbey, for those of us who are trying to catch up after the buzz of the second season.
