ha ha.. I used to have Floored pre-mission. It is a punk album sort of in the same vein as Guttermouth but slightly more dense. They were on the warped tour back when it was good (mid-90's).

It has all punk/punk style songs w/the one cross-over hit Fly. I guess that song blew up and they decided they liked having money in the bank more than starving on the warped tour and decided to write all their songs that way.

Only after I launch my apology do I realize that Donut is taking the piss. Oh well.

I watched an interview with the band where they explicitly said they changed their style because they could make a lot more money playing that kind of crap. I also saw an old episode of head bangers ball with them on it (pre-transformation).

I guess Mark McGrath decided he could make a lot more money hosting a crappy tabloid show than singing crappy songs.
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

Sorry, I get all excited, and forget where/what I'm doing and just post random things. I forgot and thought I was in the individual song thread.

(Just the mention of half the songs on here have given me "LSD LDS flashbacks.")

Ha, I found that out yesterday as I searched for it on itunes. Hip hop is not my thing so I'll stay away.

This is true. I'll cop to liking Sugar Ray. In fact, I'll so far as to admit that the first album I picked up after my mission was their 14:59. They used to be a metal/punk band with a pretty heavy sound. Then Fly and Floored changed all that.

I was wondering when you would show up. Good list but some of those I wouldn't call great albums but more albums with great songs, but that's just my opinion. You are definitely more knowledgeable on the subject and it is very subjective.
