All About Steve...
...meh.
Before that I was flipping back and forth between the BCS title game and Gangs of New York."They're good. They've always been good" - David Shaw.
Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

This show, however, was pretty boring. The laughs were few and far between. The story was a little frayed. Gene Simmons was funny though, the way he kept holding his hand when he was talking about Step's balls. That made me laugh.
5/10So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

Caught the last 3/4 of The Sheepman starring the always solid Glenn Ford, an oddly bloated Shirley MacClaine and Leslie Nielsen in one of his early roles as a heavy (which always feels weird given his later work.) A very subtle, funny movie that I need to go back and watch in its entirety. Before that Alvin and The Chipmunks, The Squeakquel. Eh, but the kids liked it.There's no such thing as luck, only drunken invincibility. Make it happen.
Tila Tequila and Juggalos, America’s saddest punchline since the South.

5/10Kids in general these days seem more socially retarded...
None of them date. They hang out. They text. They sit in the same car or room and don't say a word...they text. Then, they go home and whack off to internet porn.
I think that's the sad truth about why these kids are retards.

****VERY MINOR SPOILERS BELOW******
On a parental note, my 16 year old son loved the movie. He had actually seen it before, and recommended it to us. This is not a young man who usually enjoys "kids'" movies, so I was somewhat surprised. For those who haven't seen it, one of the major themes is the love between a father and son. There is one father/son (the Mr. T character) where the father is constantly expressing his love for his son. The main character's father, on the other hand, is a gruff guy who only can express his feelings at the end of the movie through a kind of translator.
Anyway, I took my son's love of this movie as an affirmation that, though his teenage coolness won't allow him to say so, he still loves his Dad. That, at least, is the way I prefer to interpret it.Last edited by Flystripper; 01-11-2010, 02:04 PM.Dyslexics are teople poo...

I will watch that movie whenever it is on. I know it received somewhat mixed reviews(mostly positive I think), but I find myself drawn into it everytime.

Besides, Lisa P. was much better.

Besides EXTRACT, the other movie I just saw was ANTICHRIST. Anybody else seen it? I'd love to have someone else to commiserate with about its awfulness. Ham-handed pseudo-philosophy and genital mutilation galore!
Though I do have to admit that it was the second best movie featuring a talking fox that I saw in all of 2009.Kids in general these days seem more socially retarded...
