It makes me laugh when Jim Nantz has to promote CBS shows like Big Brother during golf broadcasts:
Now just a reminder: Big Brother, things are going crazy as they always are in the Big Brother house and tonight at 8/7 Central you can catch up on all the latest antics.

A little bit annoying though that Stevie is talking as if HE just won the tournament."Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance and the gospel of envy; its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." - Winston Churchill

The stuff Stevie said that was really weird was the "I've always been a great front-runner" stuff.
Uh Steve...you do realize you're not the one hitting the ball, right?

Originally posted by Drunk Tank View PostI agree, however, even though the caddie isnt hitting the ball, a good caddie is just as important, in my opinion. Stevie read all of Tigers putts for him, called out yardages, crowd control, etc... He knew Tiger's game just as well as Tiger did. If you notived this week, Tiger read all his own putts, and his caddy was basically just carrying his bag.

Frankly, I think Steve Williams' greatest asset to Tiger was crowd control. He could let Tiger be in his zone and take care of the peripheral stuff. I think his value in helping Tiger with yardages and reading putts is overstated. However, I think Steve's ability to help someone of lesser ability and talent like Adam Scott can be immeasurable."Nobody listens to Turtle."-Turtlesigpic
