Miles program? Rewards program? Is paying the AmEx fee worth it to get the skymiles if one flies 4 to 6 times a year and internationally at least every other year?

The card I use (MC) has a rewards program attached to it.

I forgot the gov't Visa card that I use for TDY trips - one in the last two years. As far as I know it doesn't have any rewards, miles or anything else attached to it. I just they reimburse me before the payment comes due

Hilton Honors AMEX. I get about $1500-2000 worth of hotel credit per year. I shouldn't need to pay for a hotel room on vacation for a long time."There is no creature more arrogant than a self-righteous libertarian on the web, am I right? Those folks are just intolerable."

But HH just bumped up the number points required for stays so the value of my points just dropped 10-15%. Bummer."There is no creature more arrogant than a self-righteous libertarian on the web, am I right? Those folks are just intolerable."
