      You think that's enough time?

Despite all the advice given me the other day I'm going back to XP for the next little while. I don't really care about speed, I just need something that I know is going to work. And is not a Mac.

      Yesterday was Thursday, Thursday
      Today is Friday, Friday (Partyin’)

      Tomorrow is Saturday
      And Sunday comes afterwards

That was negative 180 days ... been running it for at least 6 months.

Oh. So how is it? After dealing with this vista pos I'm leery.

I'm pretty sure Tim recommends Ubuntu Linux.

Yeah, what the hell was that all about? From what I can see Ubuntu actually puts out a superior product.

Well, maybe not superior to OpenSUSE, Slackware, Debian, ArchLinux, Zenwalk, Vector Linux, Kubuntu, or Mandriva Linux but clearly better than Red Hat Enterprise Linux or Fedora (okay, and maybe CentOS too).

I'm not a computer guy, but I keep hearing Red Hat referred to as the "Microsoft of Linux"

Do you have to upgrade to Windows 5 before you can upgrade to Windows 7?

you can't be serious with this.

you have done one too many skull crushers.

Good point, I got a little carried away. I've actually never used Kubuntu. I've used all the others.
