Funny, I had a conversation yesterday with a friend who told me Tom Verlaine was somehow involved with a super group with members of Sonic youth and Wilco. I forget their name. He told me to check it out but I'm a little suspect of how good it could be.

Apparently the group is called "The Million Dollar Bashers" and did the soundtrack for the "I'm not there" biopic of Bob Dylan.

Has to be listened to at least once on Election Day, right?

                    • Nah, it's Radiohead. It doesn't need to be listened to. Ever.

I had no idea that was the name of that song.

                              • Started thinking about my best of list for the first time today while out walking. I realized that there is a flat out ton of stuff I have listened to this year from bands that have been around a while whose current album doesn't necessarily represent their best or most creative effort, but is nevertheless enjoyable.
