1) Scott Johnson's absence was the ONLY reason we lost that game. He'll be back next week. (As a sidenote--I really respect Bronco for sitting him yesterday. The postconcussion guidelines are really controversial and vague, and thus easily manipulated by a coach who wants to win a game. Many coaches would have played him.)
2) Miami and FSU will end the season ranked 1 and 2. Sagarin says so.
3) OU's back to form and their QB is looking more like a decent replacement for Bradford.
4) BSU won't even matter because Oregon's going to tank, leaving them with no quality wins and a horrendous SOS.
I'm comfortably enjoying my denial phase of my grieving process and I still say BYU can get a BCS game.
I'm kidding about #1. However, I think it's really interesting how good our defense looked until we lost him both last year and this year.
