  • Will you now root for TCU to run the table?

Assuming an undefeated TCU gets the BCS nod over the Potato Zoobs.

No. I will root for TCU to win every game except the BYU game.

I will also add that I will be cheering against Boise State every game the rest of their season.

I'll cheer for TCU to win every game but the Utah game.

TCU is the conference team for whom I have the least amount of animosity. I have no problem with TCU having any and all success outside of Provo this season.

Pretty much how I feel. So long as we beat them.

Since no Utah loss can help Utah, I'll have to vote no.

Plus, I really respect the program BSU has built -- more than just a good team here and there -- they've built a program as respectable as BYU, Utah and TCU. If the MWC can't bust the BCS again, I'm all for BSU or some other WAC team busting it open again.

Boise State as the right formula. STay in a lousy conference and win those games. Schedule a mid-level BCS team. Schedule a dog team. Go undefeated. Go to BCS. If the goal is to go to a BCS bowl, which I think it should be every year, they have the right formula. If you are going to schedule two top tier teams per year, you better beat them or the 'respect' notion is worthless.

But every year, BSU has to depend on BYU/TCU/Utah losing one and maybe two games every year. That won't happen every year. As it is, BYU/TCU/Utah/BSU are all about equal footing and one of them should go to a BCS game every year. Does anyone really think we'd win the P10/B12 every four years?

I still say that if BYU ran the table (a big if at this point) from here out, they get a BCS game before BSU. If TCU runs the table, they obviously are in before BSU. Utah's tougher case to make since they lost to the common opponent. Oregon's going to tank and BSU will have zero quality wins--the computer rankings will kill them.
At least the Big Ten went after a big-time addition in Nebraska; the Pac-10 wanted a game so badly, it added Utah

A Utah loss in Fort Worth wouldn't surprise me, so while I won't ever root against Utah, I will be pulling hard for the Frogs. They have a great shot, and they would pass the Broncos in the rankings.
