One thing I would like to see this year:

Does anyone know if Bills is planning on going on a mission after this year? If so, other than for depth issues, why not red shirt him this year so that you get him all four years after the mission."To the man who only has a hammer, everything he encounters begins to look like a nail."

If you've suddenly been thrust into the position of having national media talking about you as a national title contender, you take the chance this year to use every weapon available to you that might help you win.
Such as Bills on a safety blitz. Or in another capacity. Even special teams.
We don't know what state the team will be in the year after Bills returns from his mission, but it appears that since BYU is only entering the national championship equation at a rate of once every 25 years, you don't redshirt anyone who can help your team this year.
I would think that any player who has an option of redshirting this year or another year would jump at the chance of participating in a potential legendary season, even if it's on a limited basis. If we disagree on something, it's because you're wrong.
