    The new Sagarin is out.

    Guess who is ranked #3. I guess BYU still has a victory over the 3rd ranked team in the country.

      elo_chess is what the BCS uses and we're #3 on that one. OU is #7.

        elo_chess is meaningless the first week of the season. Check back in about 6 weeks.

          ELO_CHESS doesn't use margin of victory, so it is fundamentally inferior to PREDICTOR. Regardless, it's nice to see BYU climb the charts, regardless of the presence of statistical credibility.

                  At least the Big Ten went after a big-time addition in Nebraska; the Pac-10 wanted a game so badly, it added Utah

                              I personally like seeing 3 MWC teams in the top 25. Sagarin is one poll that always held us down in the past.
