The WSJ asks, which sleeping giant awakens this year to dust off the cobwebs, a la Alabama last season?

I'll go with Nebraska. I think Bo Pellini will eventually turn things around and make them competitive enough to get their doors blown off in the Big 12 title game every other year or so.

Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

Haha, BYU is mentioned among the "big name" schools that made a big turn around in recent years.
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

This would be their year to do it...other than Oklahoma, they've got a cake walk schedule this year.

Personally, I'm hoping to see Washington storm the Pac-10 with a resurgent pack of huskies.

I think Notre Dame by default, they play 8 home games this year and 6 wins will probably top the other 3 schools.

I also went with the Irish.

fucla has another new QB and no great prospects, so I am not sure why they will make a charge this season.

I am wondering how this latest scandal will distract the Wolverines (if at all).

Notre Dame has been rebuilding now, they have a load of home games, and they have the talent to win 8 or so games, I would think.

I haven't been following Nebraska, so not sure where they stack up amongst the other four.

Given ND's schedule I went with them.
