The Humane Slaughter Act of 1958 holds that animals must be rendered unconscious so as not to feel pain as their bodies are butchered for processing. While kosher and halal methods are excluded, the Act specifically excludes birds. Since the majority of animals slaughtered for food in the US are birds, do you think that the Act should be amended to include poultry and other warm-blooded animals? Why?

No, I am a cold blooded dude who likes to eat bird heads for fun...


In all seriousness. Interesting little info you provided. I had no idea.. Having spent time in a Chicken farm in Bama, they are not treated well at all, and in fact I have a hard time eating any fastfood chicken because of it..

Member owned a chicken farm.. Used to feed his dogs the dead chickens (Feathers and all) who had gorged themselves to death..

My standard question: what are your sports allegiances in college and pros?

College:
-BYU (Family members (And I guess myself as well) were part of one of the Athletic programs, don't ask its a long story and a touchy subject)
-THE Ohio State university (Went to school there and currently reside in Columbus (C-Bus)
And various other teams where I grew up as a kid (Mainly in Arizona)

Pros:
-Mainly a fan of Football and unfortunately been a Raider fan all my life (Bo Jacksons my hero)
-All other sports I do have an interest in but my allegiance kind of blows with the wind. BBall grew up in the Bird era so I like Boston, but am a well known Laker hater for life. Always hated them and goes back to early childhood years between a feud I had with a close friend.. I still remember the day I did a dance in his home in front of him when Boston beat LA.. Then we went outside and did WWF moves on each other (The Figure 4 really does hurt)..

Most people know me. I am a hot head (Blame my mothers red hair passed on to her kids for that).. But overall I am easy to get along. Some claim I go off on people, but it is only because I go off on those who I think are punks.. Pure and simple...
