And allegedly Pete Carroll hired a consultant to help him coach the punt return team. The horror!

Do you have to crack jokes in a sad thread like this? Weak sauce.
When a true genius appears, you can know him by this sign: that all the dunces are in a confederacy against him.

It isn't a joke. The story will leak sometime today, if not tomorrow.

SC has received a wrist slap because Pete hired some NFL consultant to help him coach the punt return team and offer suggestions.

Wasn't Udeze the DE that picked Berry at the LOS and ran it back for a TD early in the game?

I remember hearing that Udeze came to USC at 350+lbs., after some time in the weight room and away from the dinner table he trimmed down to a lean 270lb. badass. I'd love to see Wolfley and Brown do the same thing, especially Brown with all his potential and ability.

How sad for that kid. Of course it would be a lot worse if he had died, so he does have that going for him.

Only a slap on the wrist? This is obviously far more egregious than Reggie Bush drawing a very comfortable salary to play at USC and we know the punishment for that was extremely harsh.

I was watching the ESPYs and Samuel L. Jackson was the host, he was ripping Mark Sanchez for leaving early, and said "Mark why would you come out early and take a pay cut like that?

I've known this day was coming; Kenechi is a great kid. He was one of the guys that helped recruit my lil bro to SC.

It seems like SC loses a frosh LB every year. I hope Telfort takes advantage of the chance he has to get a free education.
