  • Utes to play home and home with Pitt starting next year.......

per 1320 the assistant athletic director tweeted this earlier today. Chris Hill has no comment but looks like it is almost done. Smart move by Kwhit and the Utes as Pitt is a name team, a quality opponent but very beatable.

Typical junkie. Always trying to take away some of our joy, usually a tweak at the end of a phrase seemingly imparting magnanimity.

          Pitt is great.

If the U can manage to beat them, it could springboard them to a legitimate AP National Championship!
          Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

            Precedence has been set.

Utah finishes up with Louisville this year. I hope this leads to more Big East vs. MWC games. I'd love for BYU to have a home and home with Rugters. WVa would be another fun home and home.

MWC vs. Big East would be good for the MWC. It could show the world of college football that the BCS is only interested in the Big East because of tv sets, as I believe the top teams from the MWC are better and it's not even close.

Any Big East or ACC team would be great. I wouldn't mind some of the northern division Big XII teams too.

Kyle and the boys just beat the shit out of Alabama.

                      except UNLV.

UNLV is such a perennial thorn.

Utah struggles all the time with UNLV.

That 9-1 record against them in the MWC is pretty dismal.

Hell, KW is only 3-1 against them.

That's nearly as bad as vs. TCU.

Good point. Utah is only 9-1 against UNLV during the Whittingham era.

The MWC can make some good impressions against the ACC with TCU and BYU's games this year. The Big East would be the next group to attack on the field.

Nice to see the Utes coming East. Jim Boylen, take note.
