Joseph Smith Papers, vol. 1

Did anyone snag a copy of The Joseph Smith Papers, vol. 1? They're pretty much sold out everywhere I look, and it's only been 6 days.

I know a guy who worked on this project for awhile (it took decades). He told me that it was extremely important to GB Hinckley that it be finished before his time was up. I'm glad it is finished, but it's too bad he couldn't see the final product in stores.

It's an unprecedented step towards transparency in church history that gladdens me immensely.

I asked for it for Christmas, but I am thinking of just buying it now. Doesn't the entire project span a release schedule of approx 5-10 years? How long until all the volumes are released for purchase?
