    CUF. A place for grownups.

    With the recent influx of new posters, I thougt it might be instructive to have a discussion on what CUF is/isn't. Lebowski has described it as lightly moderated, indeed, we could say it is not moderated at all. That is because it is self-moderated. This board is a place for grownups to come and discuss a variety of topics without the need to act like a bunch of frat boys.

    The new posters who come here from other boards who quickly get themselves in trouble and/or leave are those who think it is the back corner of the playground where you can cuss, smoke, and look at PlayBoy without the teacher knowing! It is not. It's for grownups. If you don't know how to behave as a civilized adult with some decorum and discuss things intelligently, you will not be well-received here.
