run in provo this morning. I set a world record for a 10k at 1:14:47. You say world record, no way! I say yes, 10k while performing 7, count them out loud, 7 Michael Jackson tributes. Included in those were a toe stand, 3 moon walks, 2 circle moon walk, and at the finish I concluded with a stop hands spread into the wind, spun, moonwalked over the finish line while pointing and staring into the heavens.

That record will survive the test of time.

No, regular clothes. I found myself struggling and the idea hit me, so I went with it. The crowds loved it, so it made me feel better about my time.
