Do you like the Dave Christensen hire so far? I would think that hire would have to be a boon for that program, in spite of the fact that he hasn't coached a single game yet. But if I were on the Brown and Gameday Gold side, I'd be pretty optimistic. What do you all think?

I like what I'm hearing and seeing. He is definitely running a tighter ship and, by all appearances, has already upped the level of athletes being brought in. Of course results are what matters, but I'm cautiously optimistic.

The real question is will he be the guy to transition Wyoming to a national powerhouse in Division IAA?

However, in complete seriousness and without an ounce of the jackassiness so apparent in the Mighty Ute kingdom these days, I think it's a very good hire and I expect WYO to improve.

But I don't know nothing about it, really. Most of the stuff I know about WYO is cheap beer and loose women, but what else is there that matters, in the grand scheme?

You aren't giving the State of Wyoming nearly enough credit they are all about cheap booze (not just beer sometimes high society demands Jack Daniels), loose women, pornography, fireworks, and the ability to obtain all of the above-mentioned items through a convenient drive thru. Also, Taco Johns they are about Taco Johns.

Mock away jackasses. I will take my solace in the fact that utah and byu will never win a national championship due to the massive mill stone on their schedule that is WYO.

I used to think this may be true, but casting UNLV as the mill stone. Then they shut Utah out. Chin up, poke. Better days ahead!

Taco Johns is the finest hangover food in the history of western civilization. Many memories were brought back when I found out there was a Taco Johns in the Boise area. The Cowboy State (if you don't count the Friday fish fry throughout the state of Wisconsin) truly has thought of everything.

You got any idea who you think is the guy to start at QB this year? I know you've mentioned in the past that protecting the QB has been an issue, you think that's going to get better anytime soon?

I think you have reason for optimism. He seems to have generated some excitement and his scheduling will help get some fans in the seats as well(hopefully some wins in those tough games)

What do you think led to Glenn's ultimate downfall? Was it personnel, scheme, charisma?

This whole thread brings back so many memories from when message boards used to be a happy place that I really want to hug you guys and take you all out for some Taco Bravo's and Potato Ole's.

I was thinking you and I could do an interpretive dance together to Police's "Don't Stand so Close to Me" and I would spank you while they talked about "the subject of a school girl's fantasy"...is this a good time to bring this up?

Its like living in an eternal land of male camel toe buttcrack clevage shirtless bbq's and people stepping in cakes. I want to ask if this is the Celestial Kingdom but Palo Alto Coug (in his best Kevin Costner voice would say) no its just a message board.

No clue at QB. It could be the guy they recruited out of San Jose. Baby steps.

A complete and utter lack of offense.
