  • Anyone Else do the Body by Science/Slow Burn workouts?

    I know many of you are serious work out people and FWIW, I'm a really fat guy I'm having surgery soon to stop being a really fat guy forever. But I've worked out in my life and have lost over 100 lbs three times in my life now so I've tried some different things.

    I've never had better results than I have doing a type of workout like this with a trainer. The results have been spectacular and I feel better than I have

    For anyone who doesn't know how this works, I lift weights for about 15 minutes twice a week. I do four or five machines that work multiple muscle groups, I do one set moving very slowly both up and down until my muscles burn out. Thats it, no stretching, no cardio.

    I'm curious about thoughts and opinions?
