  • Taysom Hill might need surgery???

Caught the end of a story on KSL, they said he was hurt and might need surgery but I didn't hear the details. Anyone heard details?

Torn ACL. It's bad. Nasty fall at a fireside.

I think God is mad at Bronco for promising Lark the backup spot and then giving it to Hill.

      Seriously, sucks if true.

        Torn LCL.

Any ortho guys on here? I thought that was a 6-8 week injury with rehab, but no surgery? fortunately no ACL, so that's nice.
Will donate kidney for B12 membership.

That would be an isolated mcl. Lcl is a worse injury.

Look at the bright side. With only Lark left before Munns, Doman will be forced to call something else besides QB draws and options every second play.
Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

If it comes down to that look for a lot of JD Falslev or Bronson Kaufusi running the wildcat. That's just a guess. I have no inside information. It just seems like a BD/GC thing to do.

I hereby by repent of any ill word I spoke of Jake Heaps. It's painfully apparent that we backed the wrong horse not once but twice. Doman vs. Anae and Doman vs. Heaps. Although, I don't know if backing one or the other really had an effect on Heaps' decision to transfer.

Depends on the severity of the injury. Mild injury may heal without surgery. Severe injury or one that involve the posterio-lateral corner of the knee likely needs an operation.

I've only seen a few of these, and the ortho's in our place haven't operated on them, but the people were far from athletes as well.

True that. Yet, my guess is, the coaching staff will have giving Riley 95% of the snaps in practice this week.

Did the injury happen on that awful draw run at the end of the game?
