I am off to the Provo Tri this morning. I should see an improvement over the Salem tri. I shall return and report.

Just pretend like that devil guy is right behind you. You'll fly like the wind!

Okay, I am back and what a difference 3 weeks can make.

Swim: All was going well until my brother got leg cramps and stopped. He was right in front of me and when I saw him stop I knew something wasn't right. I found out his legs were cramping badly and he was getting out. I told him not to but he said he couldn't keep going. I assisted him out of the swim area and towards a rescue kayak. Once I got the kayaks attention, he was good to go so I left him and swam on. I couldn't concentrate, I kept having to look back and make sure he made it. At the turn I could not see him anymore so I pushed on trying to concentrate on swimming.

Swim Time suffered for this: 21:32

T1: Not too bad. I have to figure out a way to remove my wetsuit faster.

      Time: 03:23

Bike: Nothing to note really here. I felt pretty good and smoked the salem bike ride

      Time:44:25

      T2: Easy peasy lemon squezey.

      Time: 1:42

Run: I pushed as hard as I could with what I had left.

      Time: 33:48

Overall: I showed great improvement over 3 weeks ago

      Provo Tri Time: 1:44:51.689
      Salem Tri Time: 2:02:56.523
      Improvement: 0:18:04. and change.

Nice going, Coach. I didn't even know Provo held a tri. I'd like to attempt one some day.
