ONe thing I learned this past weekend was the OU was the first school to have the "Play Like a Champion" sign slapping tradition. I had always thought it was Notre Dame, but apparently Lou Holtz had that sign painted up and installed in South Bend.
This pic seems to confirm that OU was doing it long before Lou and his "Southern Cal" hating ways.

As far as Tisdale goes, you can imagine this has been big news around here. I don't remember when he played at OU, but I hear he was great.
