Trying to fix a leaky bathtub faucet.

But I'm having trouble getting the handle off. I used an allen wrench to remove the little screw that was in the hole seen in the photo, but the unit won't slide off. I know you can by handle removers at Home depot, but it looks like all of them are for a faucet handle with a screw in the middle and not a curved one like I have.
