My neighbor/friend is only about 5'8 he was a little pudgy but not bad at all, and weighed about 200 pounds. In December he started working out everyday and went from 200 to 170 pounds in February. He was happy at 170 and decided to stop dieting but continue working out, today he weighed in at 147 pounds. He has not lost any weight in a few weeks so he thinks he has finally found a spot where his body wont lose anymore weight.
This guy said he has not been 147 pounds since the 9th grade. Now he is trying to gain back about 10 pounds of muscle, but still pretty crazy how low he was able to get.
