• I've heard about the Cosmo videos shown at LES

I've never had the distinction of seeing one in person, is this what you are talking about?

I hope it is, because this is an abomination and I hope there isn't any more of this king of crap floating around out there. This video is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever seen. At no point in this rambling, incoherent mess were they even close to anything that could be considered humorous. Everyone on this board is now dumber for having watched it. Cosmo, I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

    Yeah, that's the one.

The very first one was kind of clever. Since then, they've been nothing short of embarrasing.

      That was awesome.

If folks want to talk about the lame pirate ship, they only need to watch that.

I was going to ask why you had to bring this pain back since it was bad enough watching it the first time, then I had a brief moment where I was just grateful to see glimpses of the stadium again and dream of football season. Then, "you better get on your knees and say your prayers" and the "fashion."

Why, oh why would you do this to us?

This is the "season" I was referring to with my cousin's high school classmate--in his 30s and the Goon.

Wouldn't they have been better off asking students to do this?

Excuse me. I must have missed the quotation marks or references to junkie and others.

Well, next time I'll be sure to do that for you.

Don't worry about it. That way you can still change your answer to whatever is most convenient.

Ok. If folks want to say YO is a dweeb, I'll just show them that Cosmo video.

Dweeb? Your musical tastes aren't the only thing stuck in the early 80's.

I'm not ashamed of being a part of that decade.

i strongly dislike the cosmo videos.

The only thing worse than awkward silence is awkward silence amongst 65,000 people.

if they want to do something about gameday spirit, they should ditch the cosmo vids and hand out parking passes to people that want to bring their RVs and tailgate across from the stadium.
                          Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

                            Game Day Spirit??

I didn't know BYU had game day spirit?

First off they should get rid of the families lifelong passes to the original donors of the stadium upgrade, and then require you pass an age based season ticket purchase agreement.

If you are older than, say, 52, you cannot buy more than 2 season tickets, unless you are going to have two with you, under the age of 40.

If you come to the stadium with one of those mesh backed 1980's styled hats, FAIL, you are denied access. If it is one from the magical 1984 season you are taken under the stadium and waterboarded until you allow burning of the hat and allow your home to be searched for any other items you may bring to the *game day* in the future.

If you wear *ANY* other color than Blue on game day, and you are using a season ticket, FAIL, you are waterboarded and blue will be forcibly placed upon you. I would think after, say, 2 weeks, you would see some pretty drastic results in the *game day* spirit.
Let's get on with the gettin' on....

I'm not looking to disagree with you since I know this was largely in jest, but some approaching elderly can figure this out on their own and retire themselves from the picture. My family's seats are still in the middle of a section of "stadium donors" from my grandparents' ward. My grandma cheered as hard as anyone else around her as long as she was attending--had what we termed the "[insert name of BBB's childhood pet chihuahua] yell"--and my favorite person there currently is some lady that's had a puppet for who-knows-how-many-years in BYU helmet and royal-blue uniform that she holds aloft and fist punches to the sky all during the fight song. I like the old people still scattered in my section, and not a one of them complains when I stand up.
