"Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance and the gospel of envy; its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." - Winston Churchill
"I only know what I hear on the news." - Dear Leader
Are you defending Limbaugh's statements? Because I don't see anyone defending any of the linked statements. And what does this have to do with private companies choosing to advertise elsewhere? And finally, Limbaugh is way more successful than any of the linked commentators. The scale of the outcry is in proportion to his success... you know, something about 'the bigger they are, the harder they fall.'

agreed, especially with the scale of the outcry comment. As I looked over that list, I didn't recognize but four names, which tells me that not nearly as many people heard those people. Rush is a household name, he has millions of listeners, he's bound to draw more fire.
Plus, there are about four or five of those comments that are mean spirited, but not nearly as offensive as what Rush said, but that's just my opinion.

God forgives many things for an act of mercy

Weak sauce. Conflating Rush's calling a student a slut/prostitute with anything else it to attempt to cover and distract and excuse Rush. Shame on you.
