  • Arizona receiver out for Utah game...

    http://collegefootballtalk.nbcsports...y-out-vs-utah/

I haven't followed AZ enough to know if this is a significant loss or not. The total yards he has in receiving doesn't necessarily mean he's their best receiver, but I would think that it limits Arizona's deep threat quite a bit.

There are two other players mentioned in the above link that are questionable would be a bigger loss for the Wildcats.

Anyone follow AZ enough to know what effect this could have on the game?

If it is not Criner it won't have much impact.

        Buckner is no slouch, though.

Injuries to the wildcat secondary could help Hays get a passing game established. I wonder if Arizona will stack the box and blitz to try and force Hays into bad throws. I expect they will watch the Cal tape and hope to copy the defensive effort.

I heard Chow mention that Oregon State opted not to stack the box on John White. That's unbelievable to me. I'm not sure what Riley was thinking?

Sorry, I'm just trying to figure out if this is TIC or not.

Not sure where else to put this but it looks like Arizona is going after Mike Bellotti for their head coaching job.

Leach wants the job and is lobbying hard for it. Arizona is going after Bellotti first according to their beat writer.

sounds like "Buckner" shoulder is just a slight seperation and he might play on Saturday.

Foles and company scare the Bejesus out of me.

Foles will have a field day if his O-line is able to give him enough time. Utah's secondary is decent enough, but the LBs are not good and the slants and any short routes just over the middle could end up being huge plays.
