    Marinades made easy

    A brief but nice article on chicken marinades in today's LA Times. Given the impending grill season and the increased frequency of our BBQ discussions here lately, I thought this would be a fun read for everyone. Also includes a couple of interesting recipes. I think I am going to try the coconut marinade. There are links on this page to a few recipes and another article on how to pick the best chicken.

      That was not a joke. Any time a bone is taken from a human and turned into another human, that is a miracle.
