  • Missouri's Coach iced his own kicker

Missouri had a chance to win the game with a 48 yard field goal at the end of regulation. The coach waited for his team to line up for the game winning field goal, then called timeout. Twice! His kicker missed it. WTF? Why would you ice your own kicker???????

He's been criticized in the past for not using time outs. I'd imagine he was just trying to avoid that call on the Slaver's weekly call in show.

Yeah, what a nutty game. My feeling was that the Mizzou coach was trying to get ASU to jump offsides, thereby giving his team a first down, or at least getting another 5 yards closer.

Did you know that ASU also wears "Band of Brothers" T-shirts? I wonder where they got that idea?

I'm not much for betting, but if I had to wager, I'd bet they got the idea from the HBO mini-series, just like BYU did.
