  • LES Farmer's Market

Has anyone else checked this out? I am desperate to do something football-related and this is literally as close as you can get to the stadium without actually going in.

Every Thursday evening through the end of October. Thinking of going this evening, mixing in a trip to the bookstore for the Puffy Check.

I think I'll be taking a trip there today. I'm glad you brought this up. I had no idea this has been going on. I love being able to get fresh produce.

Started a couple of weeks ago, I believe. Goes through October. Good excuse to go to campus. I am wondering if they sell plate lunch or something similar so we can make a dinner out of the outing.

I'm leaving for it now. I'll return and report.

Just got back. Not too impressed. I'm guessing this gets better overtime though. They did have some cheesesteak sandwiches for purchase if you're looking for a meal. Overall the produce wasn't much better than what you find in a grocery store. The honey was good and BYU has booth that teaches you how to make food. I did learn that you can put jalepeno jelly on your roast in the crock pot. I may try that out some time. For DDD, I recommend the wagon ride around the stadium. With the band playing across the street, it makes for a great ride. There are really only about 10 booths total. We picked up some cheese and basil sourdough bread and peaches. I'm still looking for a reliable stand for corn in the county.
