Jason Kafusi played for the U and some equipment permanently damaged shoulder so he is suing them. Dnews reported it. I gave my two cents over there. Don't know if it willl show up. Never paid a dime for tuition and sues equipment maker. It was not there fault his shoulder still hurts. He chose to play football. Reason for lawyers to make money.
