That is too bad. I thought Max had the perfect slogan for this year's t-shirt. A little long for a t-shirt? Maybe. But it really gets the point across.

There's a new excitement, a new feeling, a new vibe. We're closer as a team, we're more unified, we do things together. We understand what it's going to take. That's just created a new excitement around here. Sometimes spring ball can get monotonous when there's no game to look forward to, but right now it's exciting every day.

We could condense that into, "Net New".

Do most football teams have slogans or not? I would have thought that most do, but I guess you really can't go backwards from perfection and have it make any sense.

Also seeing as how strong Bronco is on tradition, does not having a slogan break the tradition of having a slogan? I would suggest a slogan of "Play hard" but then I am easy to please.

The top-secret slogan is "F-you, you stupid ungrateful fans."

As far as Utah goes, it seems like the marketing dept develops one for the team, and pretty much uses it for all the sports.

I've never heard Whittingham use said phrase as a mantra or anything.

I think Utah St also comes out with a slogan every year and puts it on a t-shirt. "Show us your A game", "A is for aardvark", so on.

SC football uses slogans, but not annual ones that are revealed at a press conference.

                    A couple of them are:

                    Win Forever

                    and

Finish (the S in finish is the SC interlocking logo). You see it everywhere.

"Fight On!" is used by the entire school, so it is not just a football thing. Same with the "I am a Trojan/We are SC" shirts.

Our basketball team's slogan is "C'mon! There's plenty of seating available!"

THat's a little different. I think the question is campaign slogans to promote the upcoming season. We have both, though we skipped a couple of years of the single-season ones after some slogans backfired (not unlike "the quest for perfection").

Last year's was "there's only one." You saw it everywhere

                        There's only one...Sam Bradford

                        There's only one...Big 12 Champ

                        There's only one...Oklahoma.

Is there a part of Oklahoma that is looked down on by the rest of the state? I would guess it would be the wierd pan handle part. Apologies if you are a pan handler.

I remember that slogan when Capri Sun was running in it the 80s.
