Oregon spent $18 million, 16th among the bowl-bound schools (how much does Nike contribute?). Boise State spent $6.85 million.
TCU's number surprises me. I seem to recall someone posting last year's numbers and TCU was also top 10 then and someone speculated that their stadium expansion plans must have been included, but what about this year?
