I finally got a chance to read the 4th book in the Twilight series: Breaking Dawn. Here is my brief review. Like all the books, Meyer's strong point is her storytelling. Despite the flaws you want to turn the page and find out what happens next. By that standard the 4th book is successful and ultimately I think that it is the correct standard for this series.
Like the other books, this is not a book that you want reflect on very deeply. It doesn't hold up well to literary scrutiny: poor character development, plot holes, character arcs that are developed for a few chapters and ignored, inadequate "mythological" back story for Bella's (the main characters) role, etc, etc.
Also, I think the Mormonness of the 4th book is more apparent. For a **spoiler full** review about the Mormon themes see here:
