What kind of money does Texas pay BYU to come to Austin and when Texas comes up to Provo is it the same amount. How about Idaho State, how much do they get?

But when they negotiated the 2 for 1 the terms changed and have not been redisclosed. If we disagree on something, it's because you're wrong.

I'm more familar with Texas scheduling (and the Big 12) than with BYU. My understanding is that if it's a home-and-home schedule, then there's no payout to visiting teams. Each team keeps the proceeds for their home game. I think the same rules apply to 2-for-1 schedules. For one-and-done schedules the payout to the visiting team is usually in the range from 400K to 1 million (and possibly more). I remember as Colorado is getting something like 1.2 or 1.3 million to visit Ohio St.
The price is going up because more programs are trying to schedule one-and-done deals so that they can maintain a 7-home game schedule. Programs like Nebraska and Texas can sell out regardless of the opponent and each home game is worth several million in proceeds.“Not the victory but the action. Not the goal but the game.
