If it is anything like the March Madness contest, you are all in trouble.

Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

I don't know how this is set up, but IMO the best way to do it is to set the pick deadline to 5 minutes before each game. In other words, I shouldn't have to pick the winner of the Jan. 10 game before Dec. 18.
If you still haven't signed up, you have ~10 hours to do so!

I kicked ass picking bowl games last season. I was in the 94th percentile of all Yahoo users.
This year? Uh, not so much.

I was #1 going in to New Years Day. I was kind of feeling guilty leading with only 9 out of 22 picks right. I'm pretty sure when the day is over I'll fall to my rightful place.
Congrats to Rickomatic, the winner of the 2010 CUF Bowl Pick'em. He went 23-12 and earned 459 points, a comfortable distance from DrumNFeather, who finished 2nd with 425.
Thanks to everyone who participated!

Thanks for setting this up. It was fun even though I finished last after a good start. Went 2/10 on my upset picks. A good reminder on why I don't bet on sports.

I put up a good fight, but several teams let me down. I'm looking at you, Nebraska.

Thanks for setting this up. I had a good run this year in college football online games.

That one hurt. As a Nebraska fan, the Huskers were my top pick. I knew they wouldn't cover the 14-point spread but figured they would find a way to at least defeat Washington - a team they beat by 35 points in Seattle earlier in the season.
In short, Nebraska looked liked their opponent in last year's Holiday Bowl: an Arizona team that Nebraska thumped 33-0. It was clear that Arizona didn't want to be there last year as it was clear that Nebraska didn't want to be there this year.
