So looking at next years schedule is really interesting. It looked like murderers row early on especially with how BYU was playing and who was on it. Now all of the sudden it looks much more manageable.

at Texas will of course be a very tough game and they will bounce back but they are a 5-7 team with no quarterback.

Oregon State another perrenial tough team is also going to be coming off a 5-7 season.

Ole Miss was 4-8 and they lose Masoli.

Utah at home looks much more winnable next year.

UCF at home is also a winnable game.

Utah State at home is a revenge game that I think we win big.

    at Lousiana Tech- win
    at Hawaii- toss up
    Idaho- win
    San Jose State- win
    New Mexico State- win

It looks like we could potentially get to 10 wins again next season.

That's a lot of distance for a college team to travel in a season.

Similar to Lavells last season. When they went to Cuse, Virginia, and Florida State.

That Virginia game was fantastic. One of the shining moments in Bret's career.

This team will play in every U.S. time zone except Alaska Standard Time. I guess WAC teams have been doing that since La Tech joined the conference so it's not unheard of. There will need to be some smart planning to get the players prepped for the demands this schedule will have on their academics and bodies.

I wonder if we will have a return of the pickle juice before trips to Mississippi and Austin and their September heat and humidity.

I read an article on pickle juice this year so I don't think it has left.

Wouldn't surprise me to see Daniel Sorenson moved back to Safety when he returns. He was a stud True Frosh at LB...but was originally recruited to play Safety.

I believe Sorenson, Hadley, Pritchard and Alisa will all be back but I am not sure when or if they will play. All 4 have bright futures. Also Tyler Beck should add some more LB depth if he can recover from his injury.

So you think chambers is back? Are there any we should worry about transferring? Richard Wilson or Austin Holt?

Chambers said a few days ago he was coming back, sounds like he is taking the necessary steps.

I think Holt stays at TE and him and Mahina get the majority of the reps next year.

Wilson gets buried on the depth chart for the remainder of his career or switches positions.

Sucks to have the rivalry game so early in the year. The build up to the last game of the season is such a big part of it.
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

Whoever loses will have to work hard the next to not let down or even let that game ruin the season.

Agree on Pritchard, Alisa, and D Sorenson. Dont know if they'll be ready next year but those are solid guys who are a big part of our future.
