Security Token Missing?

Sometimes when I try to post something and click the "Submit" button, I get some error message about having a security token missing and that I'm supposed to contact an administrator. This happens about 1/3 of the time I try to post since I started using IE8 at work.

Has anybody else encountered the same thing?

Have you tried using firefox to see if the same thing happens?

No. I read but never post at home. I post at work and only have IE8 as a browser option. I am fairly certain that the issue is IE8-related since I never had issues on the earlier IE version or with Firefox (at home long, long ago). The other thing that makes it hard to diagnose is that there doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason to when the error will hit me.
