Will there be charges in this situation?

When officers arrived at the scene, they found the victim on the ground with serious head injuries. That's also when they discovered the driver of the car that hit her is also a 13-year-old girl who lives in the neighborhood.
She apparently took her aunt's Pontiac Bonneville without permission and went out driving. Police say it's clear her inexperience behind the wheel was the cause of all of this.

Just very sad.

listening to KSL at lunch - The girl who was hit has died and the driver will be charged in Juv court

Really sad
