  • Fix a stain on my wood table?

My wife accidentally spilled half her bottle of nail polish on our rather expensive kitchen table tonight...

It didn't do a ton of damage, but I now have an inch diameter, nearly white stain on my dark wood table.

What is the best way to take care of that without restaining the entire thing? I'd like to touch it up and have it look decent.

    Thanks.

I would stain it again. Rather, I would try to stain it then end up paying someone to fix the lousy job I did staining it.

I'm just glad it wasn't caused by a "The Postman Rings Twice" type of move.
