Update on Pendelton and Rich

BYU says x-rays on Rich (arm) and Pendleton (knee) were negative. They'll be further evaluated and more is expected to be known on Monday.

Hopefully they can play this week. We need both of them if we want to turn the defense around.

Better than expected. Both looked to be in a serious amount of pain.

Rich's injury was an arm? With the way he was being helped off the field, I would have thought it was a concussion. Glad to hear that it wasn't anything like that.

Best of luck to both Pendelton and Rich. Injuries suck.

Seriously. Seeing Rich twitching on the field was scary.

Pretty much sums up our season. Going in to the year most would say our best defensive players were Rich and Pendelton.

After 3 weeks it was clearly Rich, Fuga and then Pendelton. Now all 3 are hurt.

Not to mention Jameson Frazier our starting OLB and Steven Thomas starting FS.

Not many teams can sustain the loss of 5 defensive starters specifically your 3 best by a large margin.
