When we turn on our sink, shower, bath tub etc...and flush our toilet, we can that hmmmmmmmmmmmmm huuuurrrrrrrrrrrnnnnnnnn kind of sound. Is this cause for concern? If so, what should/can be done about this?
TIA.

Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.
In a lot of cases it's your toilet flapper in a bathroom. Sometimes it's water pressure. Sometimes they can be PITA to locate. We had the issue here in our home. Started up all of a sudden after 10 years. We replaced a toilet flapper in the master bath, adjusted the water pressure coming into the home and also replaced the relief valve on the hot water heater. Finally after all this it stopped.
is it a clank/bang sound or a humming sound? Do they clank/bang at all when you turn them on or off?
Edit: is the sound coming from the pipes or from the faucet?
It's a humming sound, and it comes when any water is turned on or used...sink, shower, bath, toilet, washer, dishwasher.
My big concern here is that something is going to burst...what are the chances that that happens?

if it's humming in the pipes, then it's likely a pressure issue. If the sound is coming from the fixture then sometimes it can be solved by simply changing a washer or the flapper. Not much more to add to Surfah's answer. I don't think it will burst on you, but I don't know for sure. I'd consult a few plumbers under the guise of getting an estimate to fix it. That way you can get a feel for what it would cost and how important it is to get it taken care of.

Knock it off. This board has enough problems without a dose of middle-age lechery.
