Harry Reid is Senate Majority Leader, a position decided internally amongst the members of the Senate majority party.

What a dope. He actually could have made a pretty good case that it's not his fault. But then he just defaulted to "It's not my fault, it's Bush's."

Nevermind that he has been majority leader for 4 years now. If we are going to place the blame on one person, Harry Reid is as good a person to blame for Nevada's woes as anybody.
