So a Tornado touched down 4 miles from my house last Thursday night.
Tons of Hail and rain and plenty of tree branches that smashed my fence and roof of my garage and house. I spent all of Saturday cleaning up the mess. Turns out the insurance company is paying us for cleaning up the trees.

Additionally after we pay our deductible ($1,000) We are getting new roofs (garage and house) along with new siding on the back of the house. Additionally the fence will be fixed as well. A $6,500 benefit and its really nice because the roof is original to the house was going to be replaced in the next couple of years.
Finally something good is happening with this house.
