you know how sometimes you go to a movie and it has a 'message' that is a good one but the movie makers are so worried about the audience being too stupid to get it that they add dialogue that is the verbal equivalent of a hammer over your head to make sure you don't miss it? And you know how even though the movie and the message are otherwise good ones, the fact that they did that is annoying and actually counterproductive to their purpose, because now you are annoyed with the message?
