  • DOJ and selective cases: Voter Intimidation case

I have not paid much attention to this case about the Black Panther voter intimidation in Philly, but it looks to be gaining some more legs..

Recent footage of one the guys (The one holding the stick) in some documentary that looked to be on National Geographic.. I wonder what this documentary was about...

Either way, shouting of Kill crackers and Kill crack babies seems a bit much.. Dude is full of hate..

Blacks have the right to hate whites and want them killed because of all the oppression they have suffered at the hand of the whites.

Women have the right to cut of a guys unit while he is asleep because of all the oppression they have suffered at the hand of men.

    Latino's have the right to........................

    and so on.

You forgot Christians. You can hate christians but not muslims........that would be discriminatory.

If Obama was serious about claiming to be a uniter, he needs to fire Holder and instruct the DOJ to give the maximum sentence. Here's his chance to prove that he's not all talk just to get elected.

I don't remember... did the guy outside the voting area make threats? Or did he just look menacing? If all he did was look scary, perhaps the case was dropped because it couldn't be won. The dude was obviously brandishing a baton, however maybe that isn't illegal, or technically 'brandishing' or technically threatening unless he raises it into an offensive position. Is it ironic that a number of our gun rights folks want this guy prosecuted for looking scary while holding a weapon? From everything I have read, this dude looked threatening, but made no threats on election day. You can't prosecute him for the stupid things he said at other times.
