Michel Inoa rated the 20th best prospect by Kevin Goldstein of Baseball Prospectus

Inoa is only 16, maybe 17, and he is already a top 20 prospect. It is looking like the 4.25 million that the A's spent on him was well spent. Also, 3 A's pitchers in the top 25 of the rankings with Cahill and Anderson at 23 and 24
