Right now I am focusing on the fact Obama and the democrats are a good thing for the Republican party. Should they not become the issue, I will look into the Sarah factor.

Where would she go? Alaska might normally be a good answer to that question, but Alaska is out.

Money says she is positioning herself to run for office. But no matter what, she is making a HUGE impact on political discourse. Maybe there is no problem with any of this. As a liberal, I'm glad she is around. I think she appeals very strongly to a small constituency, but tends to alienate the party from a lot of others. I think she hardens up the party position, which is good for those who want a tightly constructed conservative message, but it makes it much more difficult for those who aren't 'all in.'

I don't see her as one who will do a lot of harm.. Is she focused on a small group of conservatives?? Maybe so, but in the end they will get behind the lesser of two evils. Much like the Dems who wanted Clinton did for Obama.. I think she is speaking her mind and good for her..

I think this was overstated (Even by me freaking out) since a Rasmussen poll showed this candidate well ahead (11 points) of Reid after she won.. We'll see as we get closer to November.. I think Reid is toast and this new candidate will focus on his ineptness and still win...

I think Palin is contributing heavily to some key races.
