Looks like they arrested a suspect. Some guy out on work release walked away from his job, raped and beat this girl, tried to stab another girl along the same trail, then robbed a convenience store with a knife stole the girls cellphone, wallet, and car. He was found in Mona. No violent history but a history of drugs.

My stepson benefited greatly from work release during his rough patch. I would say that the number of inmates that are successful in the program far outweigh these type of examples.
This guy probably pulls the same type of stuff at the end of his 3 year term (or whatever length) if he doesn't go on work release.Comment
